Delivery times
In order to enable a fast delivery, we deliver the goods via express air freight.
Our suppliers can deliver directly from stock, but the delivery time is about 7 working days due to the current workload of the transport companies.
Delivery costs
Plus delivery costs ex warehouse in Zurich. Larger orders incl. delivery. The goods can also be picked up by arrangement.
Terms of payment
– Small orders: 100% prepayment.
– Medium orders: 60% on order, 40% on delivery
– Large orders: By arrangement.
For larger amounts, proof must be provided that the capital is economically correct.
We are liable according to Swiss OR for advance payment:
This means that in the event of a delivery failure or quality defects, our customers are reimbursed the entire capital within 4 working days.
